Within about four days after purchase, I had the product in hand. I'm latina, so my hair is very dark. It was the perfect color. Not too black, but not too light. The product is beautiful! it's very silky and shiny. I only had a couple of problems: the first is that the hair goes a little crazy whenever you lay your head back or a big gust of wind hits you. but, it's easily fixed by brushing your fingers through it. also, the hair is very very long! my hair is well past my shoulders, but I keep it straight and I have layers cut through. there was still a bit of disconnect and not too many layers in the extension. but, easily fixed, I just trimmed it up a bit and voil¨¤! perfection. I highly recommend for those growing their hair out. it's a very beautiful extension=)
