The hair is extremely soft I have not installed it yet cause I have another vender in my hair Brazilian body wave . As I ran my hand through the deep wave hair it does not shed so far I\'m impressed I wish this vendor had body wave hair fir cheap I would buy. Once I install the deep wave I will leave another feed back. I didn\'t communicate with the seller so I can\'t rate that. But the Hair came in a timely manner.(Posted on 16/05/2013)
