I love my hair! I had bought my first extensions from sally's and considered doing it again because the cheaper price, but you just can't beat quality. the extensions are shiny, healthy and don't tangle at all despite being '20 inches long! they look so natural. I ordered the #6 which ended up being a little too dark and I had to get my own hair colored to match, but the extensions themselves are beautiful! very satisfied Pros:everything! Cons:wish they came with better care instructions. I would recommend this item to a friend.Great
